Attendees typical reside onsite and are looking for things to do in the evenings.
VENDOR PRICING
Indoor Booth: $150 per week +10% sales
Outdoor Booth: $100 per week +10% sales
Electricity: Limited availability +$25/wk
All vendor locations will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment, relative to availability of space and layout ideal for each vendor.
Vendor must supply their own tables, black table cloths, canopies, and chairs (if needed).
Vendor will return vendor area to its original state when complete, free of debris, boxes, or trash.
All vendor fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event.
All vendors must carry liability insurance to cover any illness or injury arising from vendor activities, and agree to hold harmless the Gardens and staff from any activities that may result in illness or injury.

All proceeds to benefit the Queen Creek Botanical Gardens non-profit foundation to improve the gardens and provide education and jobs for the community. This is NOT a town-sponsored event.
Security will be provided each night. However, vendors will be responsible to cover and secure their own booth and wares each night.
All vendors must check-in between 2 pm and 3 pm each day. Booths must be set-up by 3:30 pm each day and remain open until 9 pm.
